Shahi Korma or Korma Curry

Ingredients

Method

  1. Take the skin off and cut the chicken into pieces.
  2. Fry the onions, garlic and ginger in 100g butter.
  3. Add all other ingredients except milk, coconut and meat and fry for 2 - 3 minutes.
  4. Add cut chicken and let it simmer for at least 10 minutes.
  5. Add milk and cook until chicken is tender.
  6. Add coconut and remove from heat.
  7. Serve it hot with fried rice, chappaties, nan or parathas.

Note: Any meat can be used for Korma Curry.
